Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are possible at the end of your current billing cycle for retainer plans. For project-based work, scope changes are handled through formal change requests.
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Additional discounts may be available for educational institutions and government agencies.
For project-based work, if you're unsatisfied with our services within the first 14 days, we'll refund your deposit. For retainer plans, you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of that month's payment.
